Our Facility

The Croatian Sports and Community Centre

Our multi-use facility opened in 2014. It includes a 200-person banquet hall, a 70-person restaurant, library, indoor training room, picnic area, two youth soccer fields with changerooms and storage units, five bocce courts, one half basketball court, a cookhouse, and multiple outdoor bars and patios.

Our versatility provides us the ability to host all types of events ranging from weddings, showers, baptisms, stag parties, birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate events!

The Turf Project

On Thursday, August 23, 2018, our membership was called to a Special General Meeting to outline details of a new project beginning in October 2018 to upgrade the soccer fields and bocce courts on our grounds at 166 Green Mountain Road East.

Members in attendance were shown the plans and unanimously voted to move ahead with the proposal. In the summer of 2019 we opened our upgraded, state of the art turf playing surfaces and lighting system, allowing our teams and leagues to function longer and train more often, taking our programs to new heights!

Our timeline for training and playing outdoors went from June to September, to March to November, realistically adding five months to our schedule.

This has since reduced the need for our teams to rent indoor facilities, and the maintenance requirements of turf are next to nothing as opposed to cutting grass, fertilizing, watering, and painting lines on a natural surface.

Because of this crucial decision our program has experienced exponential growth in the grassroots, development, and target soccer areas.
